      Great co-workers and company culture Interesting and challenging work if you seek it out Perfect opportunity to get into the security field and grow within a company

      All of the corporate bureaucracy that comes along for working with a company like Dell Benefits are acceptable, not great

      Very open to new ideas. Culture really feels a lot like the companies that died with the .Com bust. Lots of opportuntiy, and plenty of new opportunities within security.

      Cons

      With Dell, there is some red tape, but it isn't anything that can't be worked around.
