Marketing and Sales teams don't pull their weight. Planning processes could be better. Hiring is stalled because company is starting to offshore but can't find adequate talent.

In my first year, we had multiple layoffs so that almost everyone I worked with was gone. The next year, I was laid off. The last survivor from my initial tenure was laid off six months after me. So if they start hiring again, check them out. But don't take it for granted that you've found a long-term home.
