Pros
There are lots of areas to progress in, both moving up in the company or laterally if you would like to work on a different team. There are so many different types of positions, that it is almost like looking at a candy dish with all your favorite types and you find it difficult to pick just one. This company offers so much and their diversified culture and relaxed atmosphere make working here so pleasant. Each team, works together in order to achieve the end goal, which is to ensure their clients are protected from all directions.
Cons
For the lower entry level positions, there is a great deal of micromanagement that takes place.
