Pros

Many teams have smart people and are interesting to interact with, can work remotely in some positions / situations.

Cons

Inability to shift around is becoming a massive issue, forcing people to up and go leaving teams in a worse off position.

Pros

SecureWorks has a great culture. The company has a noble cause.

Cons

No real complaints. I have worked at the company as an intern before the Dell acquisition and for 5 years after. Dell did have some negative impact on the company, but this quickly changed and the culture is getting back to what it was before the acquisition.

Pros

Some teams have a lot of strong people and exciting challenges. You might never get bored if you have the right manager and team. You can work remotely.

Cons

Excessive technical debt leads to excess of outages. Inadequate testing, process and infrastructure. Good people burn out and leave. Lack of coordination and communication.
