Pros

A lot of experience, good pay at the start. Nice management , good location office . Basic stuff you find other places really.

Cons

I would advice thinking twice about joining the team as the salary might seem good but you will be doing 10x times more than you get paid for. The management will not provide equal opportunity for you to get promotion. The salary increase by 15% every 18 month ( If your lucky). Firewall team is always under staffed and low pay.

Pros

Work from home possible for tech employees. Charitable donation match. Work/life balance. Company loathes to fire anyone. Vacation and holidays generous, especially for senior and/or long-term employees.

Cons

Company loathes to fire anyone (a con as well). Benefits average at best. Hesitancy to retire old software architectures. The Counter-Threat Unit dominates the company. They are extremely competent, but so are other teams, and that competence often goes unnoticed and under-rewarded.
