They have adopted Dell's benefits and they are the best I have seen from any other employer.

Cons

You have to do the research on your own because the HR staff is not as helpful as they could be when employees need help.

Some great people, passionate about what they do and genuinely desiring to be the best in their field.

Cons

Leadership don’t value staff except the inner circle. When your face fits everything is good, but speak out and you get sidelined pretty quickly. Lots of company culture committing to open and honest communication, but they don’t live by the same standards.
