Pros

Management open door policy actively encouraged and well received. Everyone is a team player with commitment to providing support for one another. Great work-life culture, they shut down every year for the Christmas holidays.

Cons

Well, the only con I got is that they lost the contact i was working under, but not due to the service provided because most of the team migrated with it.

Pros

I have worked at secureworks for 5.5 years now and it has been the best decision I ever made. I am a remote worker and so the flexibility has been brilliant especially when I had my child. Their maternity policy is also fantastic. The managers are encouraging, supportive and open to your opinions. The company is about change and development whether it be their service lines or their staff needs The company has been very supportive with training and allowing me to focus on personal development. I am currently enrolled on a program to assist me in becoming a Leader. My team are brilliant. I feel so lucky to have met such intelligent, happy, collaborative people. They have become like a family to me

Cons

The senior leadership aren’t as in touch as they used to be. This is because the business has seen some significant change in the past few years and so their focus has been on this. Depending on how you like to work, this has made it feel more ‘business’ like instead of ‘family’ like (how it was when I first started). There are also very few female technical leaders. I am confident this is not a business choice but a reflection of the hiring environment
