Decent salary, plenty of growth opportunities, weekly COPs budget for certifications, friendly team (subjective)

Cons

Not willing to let anyone work outside of the country, even thou we are working remotely. If you want to visit your family abroad, and it happens to be stuck there because of covid, you have to quit your job because they will not understand.

- Career development and advancement - Promotion opportunities - Managers that know your name - Worldwide coverage - Professional certifications - Ideas are listened to - Managers that actually take an interest and help where needed - Remote working when needed - Amazing team bonding - Massive scope for starting and developing career - 8-hour shifts over 5 days in the UK, or 10-hour shifts over 4 days if you really need it - Build genuine relationships with people in the States Edinburgh Romania and Japan - Flexible managers that try to accommodate you when required - Decent salary - Staff benefits including a fairly generous pension scheme (pay 5%, the company pays 10%) - Company is going through massive change towards endpoint detection (SAAS) so currently massive opportunity for your voice to be heard in developing processes and procedures

Work can be a little repetitive at the start, but the massive scope for changing that issue and dev loping the work the way you need to

Good engineers, good work life balance, good benefits and perks

Cons

Company struggling real bad, so they mass layoff every year. Getting intimidated by major players in the cyber security world. Lack of direction from the past hurting growth now. Client churn is a major factor. Management not really transparent with their actions.
