- Great, supportive leadership - Very interesting domain - Challenging scale == interesting problems to solve - Surrounded by tons of great, knowledgeable engineers - Great autonomy

Cons

Often lack of direction for individual contributor roles. Someone who needs to be told everything they should do may struggle in some places in this organization. If you're a self-starter, you can align your vision with leadership, take ownership and figure out what needs to be done you can really excel and enjoy the autonomy this provides.
