      Pros

      Salary offered initially is the only good thing. Try to negotiate and get the best offer. You may get reasonable hike if you forget about your personal life.

      Cons

      Hardwork gets exploited very badly. Workers are treated as slaves most of the times. People who have ability to play blame games can survive happily. Management is good for nothing. In fact, few managers in this location mentally harass people.

      Pros

      Really wonderful collaborative team that really is the strength of the business. All employees have to be able to lean on each other to succeed here. This is a result of having scarce resource which makes it very difficult to gain the information to do the job in one place.

      Cons

      Massively siloed business in which knowledge can become tribal. Zero investment in the promotion of people. No training offered. Constant reorganisation of the business.
