Pros

The products offered are sound and the technology that provides clients services are a success The company pays well concerning base salary and bonuses The job offers flexibility

Cons

The management lacks actual leadership skills. (Many managers are only ego driven and not about supporting the growth of the team) Lack of tools to assist employees to perform their day to day job tasks. A lot of the work on the implementation side is manual data entry

Pros

Having worked for a number of cyber security vendors, I can confidently share that this is by far the most supportive working environment I have ever worked in. Everyone wants to help you succeed, access to senior management is easy and there are no egos. We are actively asked by management how can the business support you and how can we do better for our customers rather than being micromanaged Being a 20+ year old company with a wealth of experience there is great content and supporting material to help us stay relevant and really know what is going on in the world of security rather than just pushing propaganda on why what you're selling is better than what everyone else is selling.

Cons

Not many to think of but the usual cons most sales people will encounter. CRM could do with a clean-up, onboarding more difficult in a remote world (but it hasn't been a bad experience at all, very good considering) , new data (outside of the US) can be more difficult to obtain. So not really Secureworks cons as opposed to cons you have everywhere
