      - Above market salary - Bonus - Some roles get equity - New CEO and strategy - Remote work

      Cons

      - Working long days on edge for a lighthouse leader to shine on you for information ASAP! - Innovation is good but your leader has to like it before it gets support - Plenty of smiles but not a lot of feedback with internal implementations - Heavy C-Suite input before decisions - Merry go round of internal politics - No BIPOC representation across org with heavy attrition across technology organization
