Great pay and a friendly environment. The company strives to create a great place to work and an opportunity to prosper, as stated in its core values. Current staff are goal oriented and company rewards productivity with annual bonuses if goals are met.

Cons

The exorbitant cost of health insurance if you have a family. Health insurance is 100% covered by the employer if you are the only one on your policy, though.
