Good benefits, HR is helpful, Direct deposit is nice.

Cons

Where do I start? False promises Management will tell you they will train you but you get out in the field and there's never time to train properly so your baptised under fire alot of the time. They sell you on the benefits and the workload but in reality they offer below average pay, treat the laborers and electricians like disposable goods. Blame Culture It's the office vs the field. Upper management loves to micromanage from the office. Whenever something goes south the blame ball just rolls downhill so if your a entry level or apprentice level worker you will receive most the blame.

Pros

It is a large company that offers great benefits to their employees and will allow you to advance in your career. They also offer good retirement.

Cons

In my opinion they offer below average pay. Although they offer yearly raises it seems hard to get a substantial promotion. Family benefits are rather expensive.
