      Ability to influence change - even if you're lower in the organization Focused on creating a great culture to attract and retain talent I have the power to grow my career I can get behind what we are doing - managing energy - making it safe, reliable...GREEN! I'm very excited to work in this industry right now

      The pay is worse than the market average - but I think it's going through changes Middle managers are resistant to all the changes - so you have to push hard to reach others higher in the organization

      Variety of work, getting to know some major companies that are customers. encourage training though not always seeming relevant. pay n conditions ok

      Cons

      Promotions rare and only seem to happen if your face fits...layoff of staff then blatantly spending money unneccessarily elsewhere
