      Lots of opportunity for advancement due to breadth of product offering. High quality products in their respective niches easily sold.

      Cons

      Management and senior management, lost the automation and plc wars and ran modicon into the ground. lost lots of market share in the industrial and oem markets, etc, etc, etc. Its a construction (commercial) company.
