*Unclear and Hidden Policies. *Inconsistent Policy Application across the MENA. *Unfair Compensation Practices during departure. *Micro management.

Pros

Will have your back with support from management when something goes wrong engineering wise Decent starting PTO but very rigid. No option to buy more vacation if you wanted.

Cons

Will not support work life balance and are forcing a return to office full time. Very wishy washy with how it is done as well and is completely unfair. Going through a lot of reorganization changes and it’s not looking good. Will promise one thing and not hold up their end of the bargain. Awful with promoting and salary bumps
