Working with outside sales reps can be a pain. They often are uncooperative and make successful team work near impossible at times.

Great compensation. The pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Nobody knows anything about elevators at the Toronto office. It’s very political and very greasy. The PM’s throw everybody under the bus because they do absolutely nothing and make 6 figures. The SMT is absolutely clueless about the business they’re running and care only about their bonuses. This place is a shark tank so wear body armour if you’re thinking of applying. The good thing is you don’t have to have a clue about elevators to work at this elevator company.

Pros

Mechanics and Superintendents were a pleasure to work with. Also working on different projects at one given time helps avoid boredom

Cons

Executive leadership not being customer focused. Also looks at mechanics more like numbers rather than employees
