      Pros

      This company as a whole is terrific. The job is demanding but it’s worth every minute. It’s a very niche industry with room for growth. The team in Las Vegas is just awesome! Management is upfront with what the job entails and they seem to really care about the sales team. They are very supportive and fun too work with. Not to mention the benefits are very good. I look forward to my career at Schindler.

      Cons

      With any large company you will deal with older systems and have to know how to work the internal sale. I can’t really think of any cons.
