Schindler is a results orientated company and perfect for a professional sales person. As long as you can deliver and meet your sales goals management is happy. They do not obsess over arbitrary measurements on customer visitation. They provide a company car.

Cons

You are still working in the elevator industry.

Very positive learning experience. Staff and management were very friendly and easy to get along with. Would recommend interning here.

Cons

Not many cons come to mind worth mentioning. The work can be repetetive and less technical sometimes, but that is to be expected of an internship.
