For an inter, pay is well. It is a very boring environment with minimal play time and managements decisions is sometimes questionable.

Cons

its a great place to work except near by roads are very backed up in the morning, also it is a dead end job with no climbing in the company

It is an old fashioned company, more of a clock in clock out old processes, open plan with many higher management around no disconnect.

department rivalry and budget cutting in the UK when globally there is no limit
