Very much depends on where you work and who you work for. Some very good managers, some very weak managers.

Cons

Very high level of acceptance of mediocrity. Very difficult company to enter from outside, but once accepted, you can hide under the radar for years.

Cons

Not enough technicians to support customer service aspect of business. Cancelled contracts, consistently angry customers and extremely high technician wages hurting the industry all-around.
