Pros

high compensation is the only good thing, pay and benefits, but the company is buying your compliance, it's hard to come up with 20 words of pros to report

Cons

horrible place to work. every negative thing a workplace can have is here. Terrible service to the customers, poor employee morale, high turnover, severe micromanaging. If you speak up about problems, you're told to be silent or they move you on. The customers and employees, through surveys, continuously tell the story of how bad things are, year after year. The latest ceo is an improvement, but the culture is beyond his control.

Pros

It is good that the company replaced HR leadership that was in place for many years. Hopefully their replacements are good for the management and especially the employees.

Cons

The former HR leadership was not helpful or supportive of the employees. Within the first week of working there I was advised to keep distance. From HR management as they would use you for their own career motives and of no use to solve problems. Having heard this second hand, it was best to gain direct experience and form my own opinion. Not only were they accurate, it was much worse then described. They said they didn't want to discourage me so soon! Overall employees had low morale due to this and the fact that many employees were driven out, or some left on their own. Current employees kept their head's down and were on edge that may be next on the HR hit list.
