Pay scale is good. Benefits are good. The majority of the mid to lower level employees work really hard and are great team players, always willing to lend a hand to get the work done

Cons

Work load and expectations are unrealistic, hours are long. There is a lot of corporate headquarter training but most of it is book - smart and not based on realistic or actual field experience

I was with Schindler for just over a year. I was part of a great team and environment. My role allowed me to interact with not just people in HQ but nationwide.

Cons

I think all companies will have their cons. With Schindler, the Pros far outweighed the Cons. My experience was very positive there.
