Motivated workforce, meaningful product, fair conditions, ambitious outlook, the workforce gets things done (even though sometimes last-minute and with little concept)

Cons

strong internal politics that may inhibit good solutions and collaboration. Conflicting objectives quality and prize pressure are not aligned. Sometimes concepts are missing where they would be needed.

Great family feel to the company, some staff think they are the bees knees. but they are not GR. they will lose staff monthly.

Cons

Top management cannot see the underlying issues with the lack of support, always saying the same old story, say one thing then 5 hours later change their minds.
