Pros

Talented and dedicated people in new installations and in the supporting departments. The company is a great stepping stone for ambitious persons looking further their career in the industry.

Cons

The company still lacks the support from senior management to hold staff accountable for their actions. A long legacy of wrong doing swept under the carpet and turning a blind eye.

Very good! I really enjoyed the people I worked with. That's a huge plus.

Good Pay, healthy amount of OT, PTO, friendly Co workers, customer service week is a blast but too bad it's only one week long.

Cons

Pay could be higher, the job gets repetitive, hard to advance to a different department. So far it seems like management is all hired from an outside source. They don't hire managers or supervisors within.
