Beware of management practices

The company has a great deal of exceptional talent. Benefits and salaries are great.

Cons

Middle management is very short sighted. Unethical practices. Beware. Go into with your eyes wide open. Poor career opportunities unless you willing to relocate. It is the good old boy network at the top. Just look at their LinkedIn profiles and you'll see the connection.

Pros

- All of the people I've met actually care about employee development - Haven't met anyone who turns their nose up and people that report to them (I'm sure they're out there but the overall experience is positive) - This company will pay you if you can prove you're worth it - This company will get rid of you if you can't pull your weight! - Promotes from within consistently, they take care of their own - Give you a choice of transportation (car, small truck, big truck) - Great on boarding process (most companies hand you a phone & computer and tell you 'good luck') - Great tools and databases, really try to equip you for success - Find a good Branch Manager and your life will be a dream

Cons

- Health Care is expensive! Highest of the companies I've worked for. They try to help out but it's still pretty expensive. They think it's competitive with others but it's not. I think they try and supplement the high cost by paying a little more but it didn't stop me from signing on. - They charge you for your vehicle (some other do, some don't). The car is the cheapest but if you get a full-size truck you'll pay for it! - Hiring process is SLOOOOOOOOOOW (Hope you're not in a rush). - They use Verizon (BLAH!) - At the superintendent level most of your cons (or pros for that matter) will depend on your Branch Manager.

Company offers good benefits to employees.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work but in recent years that has changed. Very stressful environment with unattainable goals. Personally had a poor manager that wasn't helpful.
