1) Full Lala culture. Asskissing of boss to climb up the hierarchy 2) Ancient organisational structure 3) Hidden policies to reduce employee growth and remuneration by HR 4) Strong nepotism and red tapism 5) Employee growth just to get HR awards and global head office recognitions without any tangible growth. Actually designed to lure employees to stay longer and longer for the bare minimum 6) Focus on filling positions to get work done by hook or crook rather than focus on specialties of the employees at all 7) Strong gossip culture and side remarks to employees 8) Hollow employee promises just to show as slides on a deck
