At its core, it is a construction company that does not appreciate innovation, diversity or forward thinking. Left to find a better corporate culture & opportunity. Luckily, that was easy.

Cons

Schindler really is a fantastic company to work for as long as you're not in the Cleveland office. My experience there was miserable - lots of unprofessional people, company policies not being abided by, harassment going on. The people in that office will suck every ounce of happiness right out of you.
