A great example pf LALA Company,the company claims it promotes diversity & inclusions but never listen to any problem,infact if any employee complains about any senior ,they are asked to leave by HR .HR managers are puppet .They dont have any power over managers.Office politics bias favouritism all inclusive.No MNC culture
