Multinational company, strong product support & training. Pays more than other lift companies. There are alot of career opportunities but it depends on how open your manager is to promoting those opportunities to field staff. Overall a very good company to work for.

Cons

Little to no promotion of development opportunities for field personnel. Inexperienced management often don't understand the issues faced on site which can cause conflict between the field staff & management.
