No personal life you will get at Schindler. Managment takes your review on holidays and in extra evening hours. I do no recommend anyone to join Schindler in Service Sales department. Entire company is drive by New Sales Managment and they do not have any hands-on experience in Service Sales and they will demand anything ill-logically from you. Also you will get threaten time to time by your Boss that he will fired you. If you are joining Schindler in Service Sales, be ready to work on Sundays and late evening hours as customer gives meeting that time.

All experienced management people are moved from Schindler India or seperated and the Company is driven under the leadership of inexperienced people. Employees close to top leadeship get plum positions and roles. No job security. New joinees were sacked overnight on trivial issues, without following policy. Schindler India is more alike "Lala shop" than MNC. Schindler India asked Managers and Department Heads to prepare list of team memebers who will be sacked due to Covid outbreak and said list was not even reviewed by top leadership of the Company, indeed they stayed away from the issue and often said, the names were provided by your own Managers and Department Heads. Employees closed to earlier Management were targeted and more than 600 employees are sacked, Now within one month, Company is recruiting. Top leadership is focussed on personal branding and encouraging employees too, instead of collective efforts for Company growth. Surprised, how it managed to get certified as Great Place to Work or I doubt the credentials of said Agency.
