Stable, safe, great environment and culture, flexible, great work life balance. Opportunity to try different roles.

Cons

Low salaries, slow career advancement. The quality of software development not so high. Tech teams are managed by non-IT people that are trying to learn Agile. Not the best place for a software career perhaps.
