Pros

Big and well know company. It would be nice if you have a part on your CV.

Cons

There is no onboarding process in Material Control Department. My onboarding process was 1,5 week and we didn't do anything under this process because of the big caos under this period. After this short onboarding process, your mentor who is responsible about your onboarding , can say to you this sentences " This is your responsible are and I don't care about it " Anybody cares you about what you do if you are new and working like a consult. I learnt all things myself that I need when I working. After 1,5 week they gave me all the responsibilities about my parts and I didn't know that how I can open the programs that I need to work on all my tasks :) It feels like out of group for every new person. They could not be a working team and there is no team work too. Everybody cares about theirself and their responsible area. Ordinary staff don't help each other too. I think past management was awfull but they have a new department cheff. I hope he can overcome it otherwise they will try to solve that how they can decrease high transportation costs. It is huge company and there is a big communication problem inside and in the department too.
