Pros

Good work from home policy for a primarily hardware business. Low expectations on employees.

Cons

Leadership/coordinating roles are very vulnerable to reorganisation, easy to hit a dead end in advancement. Digitisation is causing chaos. Low expectations means low support and low pay. Opaque performance rating process. Too much wasted time on team-building and not enough legitimate re-skilling. Development engineers are sent to physical customer/site visits. Still a hardware business so on-site time is expected in Södertälje.
