Pros

Good office environment and not too much pressure. You can have a good relation between work and family. It is possible to program your vacations and the salary is leveled according to the market.

Cons

Benefits besides the salary could be much better. Leadership doesn't inspire us. Sometimes is difficult to understand the criteria behind the promotions. Extension courses like graduate school are not valued.

Pros

Company life follows long-term planning logic which makes it easier to understand what is happening and why (proper application depends greatly on the respective division manager). Great benefits, training programs and overall comfortable atmosphere for employees.

Cons

Workload gets enormous on a regular basis. Hard to explain it to the management so be prepared for inevitable long hours. Internal bureaucracy has been growing exponentially over the last years, as well as meetings time eating your day away.
