You gain a lot of responsibility as a young professional; You always experience Interesting, developing and never-boring work days; There are continuously new challenges that must be managed; You are very much in charge of your own time to plan your own projects and activities.
Cons
The job puts very high demand on the individual in terms of education, competence, drive and acceptance of stress and high work load. While this is fine for many people, the biggest problem is that individual compensation is significantly lower compared to what other companies with the same demands can offer.
