      Good balance work conditions to private life. A LEAN organization on processes

      Cons

      High employee turnover. Low salaries. Not objective annual performance review. Manipulation of salary increase based on subjective criteria. Very bad performance review process and framework.

      opportunity to network with industry players-depending on department exposure to working in a cross cultural environment Kenyan and Swedish Don't work on weekends

      racism and favouritism- they have many Swedish directors(4 out of 6) that are given preferential treatment your salary is determined by your race- Swedes are paid much more than Kenyans hostile corporate culture no growth and career development- executive positions are reserved only for Swedes Have no pension or other employee benefits Too much corporate politics Draconian HR boss and policies can easily be fired if a Swedish boss does not like you bring Swedish workforce for jobs that locals can do
