Pros

They really know how to design and produce a quality truck. Innovative and a front runner in technology.

Cons

Bad management: unstructured and bad in communication. Sales management has no clear strategy or focus, just does things based on a feeling. Very unprofessional especially in such a market. Although they have the strongest brand in the market, marketing does little to really maximise on it, clearly lacks vision and strategy to get the most out of it, just burning money. On a employer level the salary is mediocre, and the company barely invests in employers. Overall the general management does not agree among themselves, leading to much frustration among the employees
