      Pros

      - Very stable - Benefits - Support when you have upper management problems

      Cons

      - If you have a Sr VP with no objectives, just want to to look in the picture and hates any opinion that doesn't agree with him. You got in the wrong department. - Unclear career path or how to grow. You have to make your own career and it is though, if you don't have anyone that has you as favorite.

      The good thing is that you can change field and do different things, even if you don't have the skills, the company is not skill based everything is based on connections... Good work life balance, you don't have to work, you'll never get fired

      Cons

      Salaries are low Horrible location Bad management Shady ex CEO - Henriksson If you don't speak swedish you WON'T have a career. I have been actually told this explicitly by managers. As a developer you can find so much better than SCANIA
