Place full of boss mentalities and hypocrites.
Pros
The only good thing as most companies is that Scania is world known so it is good to have it on the CV, it is at some point fun to work there building truck engines and easy money. I worked at their new Engine Line CBE1.
Cons
My only problem is that double standard and unfairness is practiced in work place by both managers and their team "leaders" which they will never lead anything in their life as they have boss mentality and not a leader mentality so I thought that was ironic for them to be called team leaders (not all of course but at least over 50% of them). The same things/mistakes they do and I am talking about small things like using phones on production time, sitting down on different objects and more which is fine for them but if you do it you will get feedbacked and put on Red as to say flight risk. I even saw our new manager walk on production line without safety shoes during 2 months, thats was fine but when I did a single mistake the whole world is upside down for them. And you can't do much about it. If you point your finger back at them and say oh well you did this too or that they kick you out. So for that reason you gotta stand out with many hypocrites in this company if you really want to stay at the job. I did not, I have 0 tollerance towards such behaviour.
