- Most managers/ coworkers I've worked with are lovely, nice to work with and be around - Great if you're into automotive/big vehicles, scania is on the forefront of the market and they focus on innovating - They focus a lot on quality and testing, which is great because scania produces some of the safest vehicles in the world :)

Cons

- As I worked in software, sometimes it felt like I couldn't do a lot of modernisation because the company was largely focused on getting trucks out which is understandable.
