Pros

• Good people. • Everyone is trying their best, despite a terrible situation.

Cons

We lost almost all of our consultants during the recession. Since then, product owners have been continually pushing us to achieve more with too few people. The pressure and resulting stress has been entirely too high.

Pros

Scania makes sure to make us feel that employees are taken good care of. Scania also has one of the best work culture. Also has a good diversity ratio in all the teams.

Cons

I don't see any downside of working here. I think some processes are derivatives of the 120 year old history, which in a way has both good and bad opinions with respect to flexibility.

Pros

Large company with exciting technology and development opportunities. Plenty of opportunity for career progression within area of expertise and also opportunity to learn new skills and change career tracks

Cons

Anonymity, some degree of "jobs for the boy" still prevails although there is a big push to develop more diverse teams at all levels.
