      - great great culture both at corporate and team level. - special focus on diversity and inclusion - flat hierarchy, values driven organisation. - encouraged to grow as you like - purpose led organisation - leadership is top class

      - some people just think that it’s in Södertälje so don’t apply - can’t compare salaries with consulting companies

      - Underpayed - Cannot work from home outside EU except Brazil ( should allow atleast 3-4 weeks/year considering huge number of international employees working for Scania)
