      The leaders listen to The workers and you have a say how the work is done. You get a bonus every year depending on the winnings the previous year. Very easy to climb in positions

      Very Easy job, perfect if you're not ambitious and just want a salary each month

      Cons

      No real learning curve, was told it would be a project manager job, but turned out to be a line organisation that would require several years before any project management was involved Also expectant that you are in the office every day despite all tasks being done on the computer and fully possible for remote work
