      Pros

      One of the rare old-school employers that you can spend your whole career with. If you are honest and work hard, the company will take care of you long term.

      Cons

      Salary is quite low and advancement is slow. Not entirely clear that the culture is going to survive merger with other Traton brands.

      Poor work-life balance, terrible pay, constant bullying and harassment by senior leadership which is overlooked by HR. Avoid if you can
