There is no pros to work for a Company which does not notice Managers hiding mistakes and throw everybody under the Bus.

Cons

A COO who doesn’t trust employees. Not even numbers to proof wrong doing are not proof for the COO or CFO. HR is not taking action - knowing all issues but not stepping in and see staff after staff leaving. No work Life Balance - no overtime allowed knowing being understaffed. Benefits are not close to industry standards starting with PTO, bad health insurance and 401K. No self-reflection, no merit increases, no review meetings with manager or employees. Hire and fire Company. Staff is not appreciated and can be replaced anytime as per Management.
