No training No good systems even if no work you have to wait after office hour . no growth, Bad environment. Disgusting work culture no human values No job security for Rating I would have chosen 0 or -1 but no such option

Can't really think of any pros. Felt like I was working on an assembly line.

Cons

Didn't give me much training. The person I was trained by told me he would need a month and I only had 2 weeks because he was leaving
