No pros come to mind other than it's better than nothing?

Cons

I'm aware of more than 3 people holding management positions are just rude, condescending and seemingly unhappy people. They don't stay in the position long and the replacement shares the exact same lack of any soft skills. It's astounding they all had consistency of having nasty attitudes on a daily basis.

mgmt will hire friends and family only they never reply to outside emails; customers are angry with me and i have asked for mgmt assistance they ignore everyone. Very unprofessional
