The pay is decent, nice benefits package.

Cons

It's set up so that everyone in the office is pretty much the same race. If you're Hispanic, go there you may do fine. If you aren't, the employees will collectively harass you everyday and all day until you're so stressed out your forced to quit . Don't bother telling your manager either, management is in on it too . It's supposed to be a professional office environment. How sad that corporate "adults" behave in this way.
